Pekka Rinne
The greatest player in franchise history. Rinne arrived as a late-round pick from Finland and became an NHL superstar. His calm demeanor, athletic style, and clutch performances made him a beloved figure in Nashville.
Shea Weber
One of the most dominant defensemen of his era. Weber's legendary slap shot (clocked at 108.5 mph) and physical presence made him a franchise cornerstone. He served as captain from 2010-2016 before being traded to Montreal.
Roman Josi
The current captain and one of the best defensemen in the NHL. Josi won the Norris Trophy in 2020 and continues to lead the Predators on and off the ice. A Swiss-born star who developed into an elite two-way player.
David Legwand
The first-ever draft pick in franchise history. Legwand was the face of the franchise during the early years and remains the all-time leader in games played. His consistency and leadership helped establish the Predators as a legitimate NHL team.
Filip Forsberg
One of the best trades in franchise history brought Forsberg to Nashville. The Swedish sniper has become one of the most prolific goal scorers in team history, known for his clutch playoff performances and highlight-reel goals.
